Here are some rules and guidelines for participating in the Weis Markets Customer Satisfaction Survey (Weisfeedback):

Eligibility: To participate in the survey, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States.
Receipt requirement: To access the survey, you must have a recent receipt from Weis Markets that contains a survey code. If your receipt doesn’t have a survey code, you can enter the store number, date, and time of your visit instead.
Survey period: The survey period may vary, but typically it runs for a few weeks at a time. Check the survey invitation or official rules for the exact dates.
Survey completion: The survey takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. You must answer all the survey questions to be eligible for the offer or sweepstakes.
Offer validation: After completing the survey, you may receive a validation code that you can use to redeem the offer printed on your receipt during your next visit to Weis Markets. The offer may be valid for a limited time and may have restrictions, so be sure to read the details carefully.
Sweepstakes entry: To enter the sweepstakes, you must provide your contact information at the end of the survey. Only one entry per person is allowed.
Sweepstakes winner: The sweepstakes winner is chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the survey period. The winner will be notified by phone or email within 10 days of the drawing.
Prize claim: The winner must respond to the prize notification within a specified time period and complete any necessary paperwork to claim the prize.
